The Best and Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge!

If you ever come to my home and see my husband in the kitchen, he is making one of two things that are his specialty!  One - his chocolate chip cookies - his are so much better than mine!  Even if I follow the same recipe, somehow, his turn out better!   His other specialty is peanut butter fudge!  I could make it, but he likes to, so - hey, I let him!   This is a super easy and creamy fudge!

 Peanut Butter Fudge

1 cup milk
2 lb. bag 10x sugar
11 oz. marshmallow cream
22 oz. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a medium saucepan, add the milk and 10x sugar.  Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring as it heats.  Boil for 9 minutes.  Add the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla.  Stir well.  Pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan.  Let cool.

Now, here's where I come in.  To make the fudge Valentine's Day perfect, I used a small tin cookie cutter to cut the fudge into bite sized heart pieces and placed each piece in a small paper candy liner.

I used a square cupcake box lined with pink tissue and stacked each paper lined fudge piece in the box.   I was able to put three layers of six in the box.  Then I added a pretty polka dot pink bow.  I'm going to give this to one of my friends for Valentine's Day!

Today I guest posted over at Debbiedoo's and shared another easy Valentine's Day project!  I hope you will stop over there to check it out and let me know what you think.
